We, we all are different people. There was a time I used to find it very weird to accept the fact that some people do not like plantain but it is what it is. I had to live with that weird fact. Eventually, I met a few people sometime ago who do not like plantain. Also, there was a day I was surfing Twitter and a lady said that plantain is overrated. Hahaha. Saying that plantain is overrated makes me feel like there is something wrong with the lady. Hahaha. Plantain is one of the most delicious foods in the world which is highly nutritious.
I have always had the opportunity to eat plantain in at least once in a week but these days, I get to eat plantain everyday. I have been eating plantain everyday for about a month now. There's a place where they sell plantain here. It is not very far from my hostel so I will go get the raw plantain and then fey it to my satisfaction. I don't always get to snap the food that I am eating all the time mostly because I always forget to do so but I still have some pictures where I made plantain. Let's check them out.
