It's Not Their Wish Pt2.

Firstly, I want to apologize for not being for the past two days. I decided to take a break from social media and all of my blogging platforms. I was able to rest well and I saw two movies which I learned some things from. I would have shared what happened in the movie I watched but I have an unfinished article so I may do that in my next article. Let's get back to the main topic and just round it up for the day so that we're going to talk about something else tomorrow. I am sure that you are eager to know the movie that I saw. I saw Alchemy of souls and I saw Shanty Town. Those movies are on Netflix. You should check them.

Back to my story. It's not his wish. As I said earlier, his mother is that woman who does not care about the lives or lifestyle of their children. He didn't grow up with his parents, he had to live with some of his extended family members. At some point, he lived with his father for a few years before he was sent away from home. What really happened? He failed an exam and his father got angry. His father feels like the best thing to do is to send him away from the house and he did so. That's not nice. It's not nice to fail too but it is normal. You just have to pick up yourself again. There's no harm in trying.

What did he do when his father sent him out of the house? He began to seek for job opportunities in some companies. He got a security job and he did it for a while. He met a friend there and they did their things together. He was introduced into smoking cannabis at age of twelve. That's not nice. A twelve year old boy smoking cannabis. He should have waited for himself to grow a little bit. After a while, he was sent away from his workplace. They had too much staffs and they divided to short list their staffs. Unfortunately, he was one of the shortlisted staffs.

He then relocated to his friends place. His friend also stays with an area brother. He was introduced to the area brother and he began to live there. He started doing the house chores and every other thing so that he won't be sent away. The area brother sends him to some places to buy weed and all sorts of hard drugs. Does he have a choice? No!! He moles the weed and lights it up for them. Remember, the moller is the lighter. That's the rule of the game. I am sure that people who smoke weed will understand what I am saying.

Now, he's trying to save up some money to go back to school. It's quite sad. I don't think I told you about his little sister. She became a mother of two at the age of nineteen. That is teenage pregnancy. It is so sad that this is happening to her and her parents are alive. I am sure that hunger must have led her to do so. I'm so sorry for her. Now, her education has been stopped. All she can do is fend for herself and her children. It is so sad that she is going through that with her little age. She has a choice but I am sure that she did not make the right choice. There is always a choice.

I don't know what to say about broken homes in other country but here in Africa, it ruins the lives of the children. It is a very important thing in Africa for parents to live together and nurture their children together. Even if they don't live together, they should try to train the children in a way that they will have the right mindset towards everything they do. The hooligans we see out there were once innocent kids but their condition made them to things that they never thought of doing. Their situation made them homeless. This is why you see a lot of kids sleep under the bridge. They sleep in slums looking dirty.

When we see them, they disgust us. We blame them but we don't know their story. Everyone wishes to become a great person in life. Have you ever met someone who does not want to be great? I haven't. The sad thing is that their dreams have been cut short. They've got a choice but they don't know how to go about it.
It's not their wish, it's never their wish but they met themselves in that situation.
