Have you ever met anyone who is aspiring to be an actress but does not watch movies? If you say you haven't, you're wrong. You've met me. Hahaha. It's nice to meet me. It affects my eye so badly and that is why I am always trying to minimize my screen time. I'm just trying to protect my eyes. Even at that, I see very well and I don't use glasses or anything. My eyes are clear enough to see anything .
Two weeks ago, a friend recommended a movie to me. The title of the movie is Alchemy of Souls. It is a Korean drama. I guess Korean dramas are one of the top notches in the world. From their storyline, to the way they act and to every other thing in their movie always seem to be perfect. The first Korean drama I saw is Boys Ovwr Flower. It is still one of the most interesting movies that I have watched. I agreed to download Alchemy of Souls and I began to watch. Whenever I am done writing articles on earning platforms, I always sit with the movie.
The movie has two seasons and it is interesting from the beginning to the end. There is no way you will not fall in love with it. Each episode is more than one hour. In the first season, it has twenty episodes and the second season has ten episodes. If I calculate well, everything is about thirty four hours or close to that. It is just so surprising that they made a movie of thirty four hours and it does not seem to be tiring. That's the power of Korean drama. Film making should be learnt from them. I won't lie. They are too good.
The story is about soul shifters. Some dead people come back to life by shifting their soul into another person's body. I am not very good at explaining things so I think the best thing is for you to watch the movie. In the country, there are four rich families. They are the Royal family which consists of the King and his family members. Jinyowon which consists of a powerful woman and her family. They possess every powerful charm in the country. Songrim is another family of mages. They have the strongest mages in the country and the last is the Seo fortress. This is very far away and only one person from the family was shown a through. He is the heir of Seo fortress.
Out of all, Songrim is the only family that fights so hard to stop soul shifters from existing. They kill every would shifter so that they will not have a lot of soul shifters in the country. Who are those who shift souls? The main person who shifts souls is the Danju and he resides in the King's palace. Also, the King always pretend that he is not in support of soul shifting but he also wants to shift his soul. They shift souls because they do not ever want to die again. They want to live in a young body forever. This is why they always shift their souls to a younger body. Also, the prince of the palace is against soul shifting and he stands by every Songrim decision.
At the end of the day, all soul shifteres were killed with the help of Jang Uk (the most powerful man in the country), his wife, the prince and other Songrim members.
This beautiful lady is Jang Uk's wife. She also helped in fishing out the soul shifters with her divine powers.
This is the Danju. He is known as Jin Mu. He is the mastermind of every bad action in the country. He shift souls a lot.
This is the prince of the country. He is against soul shifting and he revealed the little things that he knows about it.
This is Jang Uk. He is the protagonist of the play and also the most powerful man in the country. He killed every soul shifter in the country. Also, he is my favorite.
This is Maidservant Kim. She served Jang Uk's parents before their death and she drained Jang Uk from childbirth. She is Jang Uk's favorite person.
This is Master Lee. He is above hundred years of age. He knows almost everything that happened in the country and he helped to reveal the soul shifter too.
