Arizona looks to have APPROVED PROP 207 for legalizing recreational adult use of cannabis.
Other states like New Jersey, Mississippi, South Dakota & Montana also voted on forms of cannabis related laws.
Specifically, voters approved the legalization of medical cannabis access in two states, Mississippi and South Dakota. Voters legalized the possession of marijuana by adults in Arizona, Montana, New Jersey, and in South Dakota. The measures in Arizona, Montana, and South Dakota each permit adults to possess and cultivate marijuana for personal use and establish a regulated retail market. In Arizona we can now grow and possess cannabis legally. Also it has laid groundwork to have previous criminal charges and convictions of cannabis EXPUNGED!
This is huge. So glad more and more places and telling us it is ok to use a medical plant.... Well to more freedom 😁
