Grow 3 - Blue Cookies (Week 0)

This is my first grow in tent number 2. The reason I set this tent up was so I could grow two more plants but more importantly so I could clone them back and forth so I only need to buy seeds if I switch strains.

I plan on doing mainlining again and a ScrOG at about 19 inches. This time i'll try not to break my main stem during LST like I did on my last grow.

Progress Pictures

New tent setup is done and I'm ready for some another grow! I decided to go with an "Meijiu LED 240W QB288 V2 LM301B 3500K + Epistar Red IR 660nm" light for my second tent just for a change. I'm running the "Kingbrite LED 250W QB288 v2 LM301B 3500K + Epistar Red 660nm " in tent 1 right now.

Grow Day 0 - Veg 0 (Setup)

Here is my little cloner dome. I modified it slightly so I could feed in the humidity PVC so I could control the humidity more accuratly inside the dome rather than trying to get the entire tent upto 75% during cloning

Grow Day 0 - Veg Day 0 (Seedling)

I took 8 clippings from my Blue Cookies grow in tent 1. I used the Pro-Mix STIM-Root powder and I had 100% success rate with the powder. This was my first time attempting to clone and the process was fairly easy to be honest. I took a clipping and placed the stem in water, removed it and shaved a little of the stem down, added the root powered, then placed it directly in the rockwool; rockwool was PH'ed to 5.5

Grow Day 1 - Veg Day 1 (17 Nov 2020)

I discarded six of the clones taking the best two. I moved them over to the DWC res and after a few days the roots touched the top of the res water. I start Veg day 1 when the roots make that first touchdown, then I drop the water level a little making the roots stretch out more for the water.

I decided to keep the dome on for just a little longer as I slowly bring the humidity to about 60% over the next couple weeks.
