In a day of shortened news cycles we sometimes forget that a long range strategy is important in all businesses, and particularly in social media.

One of the truly gratifying aspect of being in this Leofinance Community is the high level of engagement through both posts and more importantly comments.
Cohesiveness
I love how this community sticks together in adversity. Large price drops and hacks, can cause fighting within a community, but here the community has been supportive of its leadership and each other, and vice Versalus, as the leadership went above and beyond to make those taking financial risk for the community whole.
Adversity
True growth occurs after injury or adversity. Cryptocurrency is brutal, filled with hackers and scammers. This community has been tested by adversity and it grew in stature and strength.

Additionally, when you view the Leofinance leadership team, it is filled with people of differing areas of expertise. Who have gathered together to work communally on building a community and value. I am impressed with their calculated and measured financial investment and financial risks in this community and this token. I also respect their civility, humility and respect for each other in print and in person on the Podcasts.

I admire the content producers, the whales, and the smaller investors. All play important roles in making the community great.

Wrapped Leo initiative
While Leo is a successful community on hive, it is a second layer token on Hive and current technology doesn’t allow it to be traded beyond Hive as a native token. But the ERC20 token; wrapped Leo (WLEO) can be traded on other exchanges based on Ethereum and it’s success on those ETHEREUM based exchanges in an Ethereum-Wrapped Leo trading pair, helps peg its value to Ethereum and helps it appreciate in value with Ethereum. This is the only way for it to currently grow beyond the Hive ecosystem. Exchange listings for WLEO are expected, as three occurred after the first WLEO-ETH trading pair was launched.
