Dear BLURTians,
with this post I just want to thank all of you for your support.
When I first visited Blurt in early August, the first thing I did was to start a powerdown.
With Steem and Hive I was already busy enough and didn't want to be active on a third chain.
Nevertheless, I was guest in Werner's (aka. @double-u) pub from time to time. There I chatted a little with other users, gave a couple of upvotes and was surprised how many people from the German community were already active here. What began as a contact point for the German community is developing here into a meeting point for all Blurtians - really cool!
It took around three more weeks before I canceled the powerdown and decided to become part of the Blurt community.
And here I am now, and I have no plans to go again. Exactly the opposite is the case.
It's fun here on the chain and even if we're still at the very beginning, Blurt has quickly become my favorite platform.
I'm proud of my 80 followers, and thanks to you, my BlurtPower has grown to over 310k in the meanwhile.

mit diesem Post möchte ich mich einfach mal bei Euch allen für Euren Support bedanken.
Als ich Anfang August zum ersten Mal auf Blurt vorbeigeschaut habe, startete ich zuerst einen Powerdown.
Mit Steem und Hive war ich bereits genug ausgelastet und wollte nicht auch noch auf einer dritten Chain aktiv werden.
Dennoch schaute ich gelegentlich mal in Werners (aka. @double-u) Kneipe vorbei. Dort quatschte ich ein wenig mit anderen Usern, verteilte ein paar Upvotes und war überrascht, wie viele Leute aus der deutschen Community hier bereits aktiv waren. Was als Anlaufstelle für die deutsche Community begann, entwickelt sich hier zu einem Treffpunkt für alle Blurtler - wirklich cool!
Es dauerte gut drei Wochen, bis ich den Powerdown abbrach und mich entschloss, ein Teil der Blurt-Community zu werden.
Und hier bin ich nun und habe auch nicht vor, wieder zu gehen. Genau das Gegenteil ist der Fall.
Es macht Spaß hier auf der Chain und auch wenn wir noch ganz am Anfang stehen, ist Blurt schnell zu meiner Lieblingsplattform geworden.
Ich bin stolz auf meine 80 Follower, und meine BlurtPower ist dank Euch inzwischen auf über 310 k angewachsen.

Yes so I have actually been studying blurt...
And I learned that we have a pub.
I remember hearing about it a month or two ago but more recently I stumbled across the profile of @double-u and learned the word kneipe which seems to have maybe not the clearest translation to english.
Small drinking establishment with cold food possibly.
Anyhow I wanted a drink perhaps some monkey 47 gin, so now it's time for me to figure out how to enter Blurt's pub.
I also wanted to know if others felt and perhaps we should try and organize a meeting of users holding 200k+, topic is the next six months of blurt.... And of course we should meet in a pub, that just make sense

In Germany we generally say "Kneipe" to all kinds of pubs where you can meet people with whom you can talk and have a drink. They can also be pubs with or without food.

In the beginning I had made the pub here on BLURT also in English. But there weren't many English speaking guests. So the last time I only posted in German.
But in the rooms of the pub you can definitely get along bilingually.

Ja ich denke Du hast eine gute Entscheidung getroffen. Glückwunsch zu Deiner wirklich hohen BlurtPower.
Ich sehe es genauso wie Du Werner (@double-u) hat einen sehr grossen Anteil daran das die deutsche Community so schnell und stark gewachsen ist und noch wächst.
Wir sind ja noch ganz am Anfang. Wenn ich sehe was noch alles an DApps dazu kommen wird dann freue ich mich. Ich bin froh und stolz von Anfang an dabei gewesen zu sein.

Werner hat definitiv zum Wachstum der deutschen Community beigetragen. Schön zu sehen, dass seine Kneipe inzwischen sogar zum Treffpunkt für englischsprachige User geworden ist ... sogar Entwickler gehören schon zu den Besuchern.

Yes it is really more welcoming here at #blurt community @kryptodenno and the German community really are very nice set of friends we have compared to other people in the west.
So let us just enjoy our stay and hope that we would thrive in this amazing place , together we would go to the Moon. :D

Na zum Glück hast du es dir schnell anders überlegt. Und Glückwunsch zu deinem schnellen Wachstum, aber ich denke, da geht doch noch mehr, oder?!
Schauen wir mal wohin die Reise geht, besser es geht erst mal langsam los und wenn dann genug dabei sind, können wir ja richtig Fahrt aufnehmen.

It is very nice to see another person have a change of mind and become a dedicated community member, @kryptodenno! And congratulations on building such a substantial stake!
The German community is a highly positive influence here and is definitely a big driving force in moving Blurt forward. I like that it is very inclusive, with a lot of dual-language posting.
I may just be a very small "fish" here, but I am very happy to be part of this new experiment!
