Witnesses are now upgrading to HF 0.3.0

We are upgrading to HF 0.3.0.

We are hoping the transition is smooth and no security issues, so we can open to all interested parties if they are interested to support the community by being one of the Witnesses, developer, curators, bloggers, etc.
