Blurt Witnesses are upgrading to v.0.6.0

FYI.
This is to inform you that we (witnesses) are in the process of upgrading from version 0.5.0 to 0.6.0.

The Full Nodes are in progress.
The Witness Nodes will be next.

Some services will continue to work, some will have delays to complete the transactions. Rest assured that we are working to make it as smooth as possible.
