Blurt Power Down Day

Hello everyone. Let me gladly introduce you to BPDD. It is the day when we powerdown.

Any day this can happen. I just so happen to choose it to be the first month. Unlike the competition over there with the awful idea of BPUD. BPD-Day Just sounds way better to my ears.

Why power down?

When we power down, we recieve our liquidity back to sell in the market or trade for services and goods such as dog food or pay our bills.

I wouldn't power down more than what you have coming in per week. To check this go to your wallet and click kn the rewards tab. Then click on author and curation rewards and get the sum total of what you get. Now if this x number is average, just times it four times and that is what you will have by the end of the month again. Power down just under or more if you like it really depends on your own gustó and needs. After all, what use is powering up, if we don't exchange it for physical goods that could better benifit us today or tomorrow.

With your blurt now liquid after powering down, you could purchase tomatoes and plant a few and grow thousands. Quite a great investment eh?

Its just an example. To each their own.

I mentioned before I was powering down but I stopped it. It was way more than what I have going on now.

I have now surpassed 10k BP of my own. I have no outgoing or incoming delegations anymore. I decided against the use of delegations in my current state. Once I reach over 100k THEN i will delegate 10k to very small accounts that put in the effort.

But that is in the future. We'll talk about that some other time.

Happy BPD-DAY Everyone.

Rewards for celebrating this special blurt holi|day?

I gave a tip above. Tomatoes. Remember?

My celebratory dedication:

Wow, hahahahaha. I've seen so many power up events in my years on social blockchain, and this is the first calling for a power down day. I laughed when I first saw it, kudos for your ingenuity. lmao

I always disliked on the other chains the cult think that attacked those (not whales or in the inner circle that is) who dared power down, as though a crime was committed by those who had the audacity to seek the getting paid part from the slogan write and get paid.

Seems to me that the powerdown cash out part is crucial in demonstrating the complete flow. While it sucks more here in the sense we don't have the liquidity/velocity the other chains do that is more of an indictment on folks wanting to settle in here and invest more than their time. I believe (still) that of the social blockchains this one has been making the right moves despite some bizarre missteps, and have largely redeemed themselves on those.

I appreciate your formula for the weekly power down method you came up with.

Lol glad you enjoyed the idea.

That is exactly why I started it in part. And its also one of the top 5 reasons why i hated being on steem and hive. Sure I didn't have enough to even begin serious powerdown to raise flags, but when I saw it happen to so many people, them recieving DV abuse just for that it bugged the hell out of me. This world is in my eyes over 75% cultists, why? One word, "statists". So it doesn't surprise me either that they develop the same thinking patterns for every other mundane stuff. Basically most advertisements are essentially the same in my book.

We'll get our own blurtdex one day, there is still more free market here than that of hive and steemit regarding the social side. The crossposter.intinte.org was a genuine idea. With some minor flaws. Such as I can decline rewards using that. Meaning ifnI post with declined rewards it doesn't do that with the other chains. And could get us in trouble. Frankly I think more peoplenshould use it and have a similar app for the other chains to cross post into this one. Its a good start anyways to unite the three chains. Especially if they can get the comments to crosspost too on the initial posts. One could talk to a steemit user from blurt and vice versa. But the kinks have to fixed first.

That "formula" is not accurate, one would have to figure out their own average but it can give you an idea how much we make per month and act accordingly somewhat.

Thanks for stopping by

Some people live off the earnings, some are investing

Yes I had someone over on hive tell me I was selfish because I powered down half my earnings. I mean?! Half not even all. I’m wondering if when he eventually powers down if then that’s an ok time for the rest of us or if we all have to hold for absolute eternity? In which case what is the point?!

No point at all. Let the tomatoes fly.

Sorry for non related comment, but I would like you to see this : https://blurt.blog/deutsch/@clixmoney/reefxh So, you may find the guy finally answering my questions. Or the questions of the community.

I've been here longer than a lot of you now, and know exactly the history and answers to questions being asked of him. You might be interested in my discussion with him yesterday. There is a lot of misinformation taking place, largely by folks who weren't here when things unfolded.

Yeah, even being new here, I see who is twisting words, using emotions to manipulate the community, and those who keep working hard to make the blockchain active.

I have no idea how I muted you must have been my fat paws it’s hard having five fingers! It just cost me 0.99 to reverse it tho! So you owe me... at least one can of tuna

Half a can. After all it was your mistake.

I think powering up is great as is powering down and I’m sick of ppl trying to tell ppl they should of shouldn’t or when they should.
