Good evening, I hope you are all in good health. Tonight I'd like to take this opportunity to show you some horse fly photography.
Horse fly is a type of pest that is often around livestock. This species is categorized as a pest because of its bite which can make livestock lose weight. The horse fly that bites the livestock is actually a female. While the males prefer to look for nectar and pollen.
The difference between female and male horse flies is seen in the eye where the male looks closer together. In contrast to the female whose eyes look slightly separated. Another characteristic is a larger size than other types, which is about 25 millimeters.
