The last hard fork unfortunately introduced a bug into the system, which sets all payouts to 0. The bug is already found and can be fixed. This will happen as soon as the next hard fork is installed. Hopefully this will happen very soon.
In the time until this happens, all payouts will be set to 0. But this also increases the reward pool, which will make future payouts higher.
It will not be a 100% refund of the "losses", but at least a little bit for the downtime.
