This is why I don't talk about current events

This is a comment from my video about TikTok telling people not to pay their taxes.
They made fun of me because I thought voting matters (ask yourself why they create challenges for people, especially POC, to have access to voting. If voting didn't matter) it does if you actually do it. Things don't show themselves to you on a silver platter.
I think the guy didn't even watch the video and just commented on the caption I left on the video. HEY, the caption is a short summary of the video, you have to actually watch it to learn something

(talking to this guy, maybe)

ah, I think you just need to write and comment on what's happening, but there's no point in getting into discussions with those who don't understand it. Listen but don't argue ;)

Unless you like it. For example, I like to talk to people in the comments, even if they don't agree with me or didn't understand what I wrote or posted. In this way, I practice my manners, self-control and rhetoric. It also helps to organize your thoughts.

The best partner for such exercises is a person who disagrees with us or even hates us.

But speaking or talking about what you think it's important. Let's take a pandemic... 40% people in my country did not believe in this nonsense, but only 10% had the courage to talk about it out loud. If all 40% said so, another 30% would doubt it and there would be no lockdown. Thousands of people who now suffer from experimental vaccines would be healthy, and tens of thousands of people who lost their businesses would still have them.

Fake news? All information is fake news unless you find a way to back it up with some facts. The problem is that every most irrational thing can be supported by facts, and what is true has little to do with what it really is, but with who says it and what resources and goals he has to propagate it.

The true universal truth comes with intuition and a collision of our beliefs with reality, and we can usually find it present in various accounts and stories of people for hundreds of thousands of years.

I don't even think the guy watched the video (I made a video on threespeak) there would have had more info that wasn't in the description

People who don't watch and comment based on the description and title are unfortunately standard. You have to get used to it when publishing :)

And they can't complain if I roast them, because the info was in the video they chose not to watch
