Time to Blurt!...Moving into the Future!

Will the next five years be better than the past five years?

Personally, I think things will be worse, but by the end of 2027 hopefully things will have already turned for the better. As for my personal life and success I think I'll be fine. I'm quite confident in how I've positioned myself, diversified in many assets including precious metals and bitcoin. Both very much a hedge against inflation.

If you suggested to me the world would have gone through covid and all the strife that came with it back in 2019 I would have laughed and said your were kidding. However, now things are getting better in many ways as international travel opens up more and more; but we also have real economic problems, supply issues, recession, global inflation, and hyper inflation in some countries.

Meanwhile the three global super powers continue to step up provocative action and rhetoric toward one another. Even just in the past week threats of nuclear war are being tossed about. That certainly has never happened before in my life time. The major pipeline supplying energy to Europe from Russia has been blown up while energy prices sky rocket just as the cold European winter is about to set in.

So based on that alone, I'm leaning towards the world entering the other side of a political and economicl hurricane. This is the more sever side and I believe the eye of the storm is just passing us over now and the next five years will be one for the history books.

In regards to this platform, Blurt...I'm sure the price will be far higher and the community of users will be far greater. Analysts predict that just the price of bitcoin alone could be well over 100,000 dollars by that time; and as they say rising tides lift all ships. With this current set of witness and much unification going on among us and the platform in general, I see more potential than ever, especially if you stretch your time horizons out five whole years!

    I don't think you are a pessimist, rather a realist.
    However, we can all be curious about what will happen with Blurt.
    But ultimately, it's up to the people on Blurt to see if others can get excited or if it's just one blockchain among many.
    It's a shame that so much has already been destroyed here and many investors have jumped ship because of it....

I agree, I came on the scene here just a bit too late to have any influence on the destruction that went down.....but that being said, as current #10 witness, I ll be doing my very best to avoid and prevent such things from happening again going forward.

      Bitcoin at 100k in 5 years would not even keep up with food price inflation... damn things are messed up around here! I don't think the Western world has 5 years. Whatever's not ready now never will be, in my opinion... everything about human society is about to change forever. I'm starting to feel like crypto was a trap. I still have a small pile of silver coins...

      There is only one way I now how to beat inflation in less than 24 hrs. Go to a cheap country! Lol...easier said than done though. I ve been lucky this year, my dollars buy about 20% more here than they did at the start of the year...but 5 years from who knows what will be, but it aint look pretty. But I agree, totally. The western world is doing a great job destroying itself. Always value and appreciate your comments to my blog. Hope you and the fam are well...

      But clearly i wasn't .,.. not that i told you specific ,. but to the ones i did my name turned in to a curse .
      Top of the civilization curve , where we changed facts for opinions and feelings , this world is going down ,.. there's nothing but darkness ahead ,.. time to leave it behind and steer your own rudder in a brighter direction .
      Witch i did , as i already am living a post apocalyptic simple life .
