      I have a weekly powerdown but at one point i had more powered up compared to powerdown around 250 up 190 down so i was still growing steadily however now its going the other way so either stop powerdowns or....

        Me too.... I was remaining steady at 100 / week Powerdown..... increased to 200.... now I’m dropping fast.
