I understand people disliking your posts but other than the actual person suing you I don’t see how it’s copyright when you’ve edited the image and talked about it. It’s essentially like sharing a movie title and talking about it. The reason the other ppl got strikes is because they were claiming someone else’s work was theirs, that’s very different to showcasing or dissecting something. Most of the internet is dissecting others stuff YouTube wouldn’t exist otherwise as it’s about 80 percent dissecting other content. I can understand why ppl don’t like what you say but they can just not click on it. This is the problem with this particular platform they get so involved that things that rly have nothing to do with them. As you know I’m not a lucylin fan at all but they should have left him be too. It’s so much drama when the platform should just act as a platform. They need clearer rules and to stop changing them on a person to person basis because someone complains or they don’t personally like something it makes the whole place look bad. What you’ve done isn’t copyright at all Imo it’s a review. You have been somewhat absolutist about something you can’t know for sure tho and would prob be better to insert ‘in my opinion’. But if they do you for copyright they need to also by that tone remove the guy who shares other peoples videos every day on conspiracies and puts a paragraph about them. Infact they would need to do it to quite a lot of members. PT uses other ppls pictures for a start that he didn’t get permission for. I’m prob one of the only ppl or a small handful that doesn’t take anything from anywhere for my blogs. Most of the platform will vanish if you can no longer use others images or content.
