I was actually just as angry at the shoe thing sa the account freezing and they happened right together too. I have personally seen people try to get the attention of witnesses over and over about proposals, trying to find out how to do them, get them seen, talk about them. I have seen people make posts, like I said I saw WTP ask you on multiple calls not just one to line up a call with his cousin or a way for her to contact someone, knowing full well she isn't an active blurt blogger at that point and it all just fell on deaf ears. She can't text you she doesn't have your number and it was made very clear she was ready to jump on a call/ convo. If no one was getting proposals funded fair enough but when I see someone just strolls in and gets 700 dollars off the bat to make some sandals then yeah it's frustrating and annoying and feels like it's a very inner circle that gets any funding for anything and makes me wonder what on earth other money is thrown out at people all the time with none of us even having transparency of it or any say in it. I don't think anyone minds developing costs etc but these things should be public, even share holders can see where companies spend money and blockchain is supposed to be more transparent.

You just completely ignoring that I was interested and WTP should have contacted me.

Anyways... Moving forward.

I don't know anyone apart from ClixMoney who had some proposal. Clix wanted to ask Delegation for curating content and I was the one who encouraged him to write a proposal. I also informed him of the fact that the foundation doesn't give Delegations anymore because people misused them and if one is given then several others ask.

So, he had the right approach but it couldn't happen. Maybe WTP can learn from him about how to approach people and take an idea forward instead what he actually did.

I'm no longer participating in this conversation about WTP and his cousin. I feel I have given enough encouragement and support to his idea but to get blamed for his ignorance is not what I'm here for. He should have texted me, tagged me in a post or sent a pigeon whenever he had a proposal ready.

but he did !!! he came on about 3 video calls that I alone witnessed telling you about his cousin and asking to set up a chat, or to find a way to contact someone who could talk to her etc surely even you can see that that was something you needed to follow up on by giving wtp a contact detail or initiate setting up a video /zoom chat time. How can you expect someone to text you who doesn't have your number or any contact details. All it took to show interest was, yeah I will set up a video call get her to message me or the team here (insert contact detail). I watched this whole thing and it was clear as day no one was interested, I also saw clix money make about 3 posts about proposals that never really got anywhere but him just thinking to start the project he wanted to do himself and get on with blurt cast etc and even that never rly got any support and I saw him put hours and hours into it. I think even he has given up on it a bit now. I think it was pretty obvious it was very hard to get support from proposals.

You also haven't answered my question when I asked how many people were involved in passing the shoe proposal and how many people voted in favour of it. This isn't about shoes it is about transparency or rather lack of it.

I'm on discord and anyone can message/text me there.

I'll do my best to take the idea to the team. I have and I will help in anyway possible.

You can't really blame MD because WTP didn't text him on discord. It is not a secret that MD and the whole team is available on Blurt Official Discord.

Maybe WTP wasn't that interested in the idea to actually make an effort? I can go on and on and pin the whole blame on him or you or the whole world.

I do this for a living in real life. But I don't want to just push, blame and save myself.

People with ideas have a burning desire to spread it like wild fire and do everything possible to make it possible (Learn from Clix)

About Clix I have a plan in my mind and we will work it out once I have some free time.

About the shoe the core team was involved in the voting.

So how many people and who voted on the shoes idea out of all other possible funding options?

Personally I think this way of funding projects is very dodgy and should be opened up to community voting with a Clear avenue to involve the community. I really have pretty much zero trust in the foundation personally at this stage and just feel hugely disappointed after seeing them just privately throw money at things and not even be transparent, even now … like who voted? How many ppl were involved? along wit this account freezing. I watched wtp try to hook his cousin up to benefit blurt and saw the complete lack of interest. I’m sure him and her felt it too as they all just gave up eventually, she wasn’t rly gaining anything out of it and it was more to help blurt and her family friend so it won’t be a lesson learnt for her.

Accounts are not being frozen. Period.

I’m sick of seeing threats of freezing accounts and wallets it loses people’s trust. I saw md post about Them being frozen then Jacob come on and say they are not being. No one knows what is going on, what’s an official statement, there is nowhere near enough transparency here. I mean was the freezing an empty threat, a joke, a mistake?

The whole Blurt team and the witnesses are tired of threats from CTime. He has on multiple occasions threatened to powerdown. Him being a major investor shouldn't do that because it scares people.

About the freezing of accounts please wait for an official statement soon.

it's up to c time if he wants to threaten to power down or not though, personally even though I didn't like seeing it and I lost respect for double u also when he powered down and just dumped the value it is their choice at the end of the day. They are investors on the platform who have put their own money or time here and if they want to threaten to sell if they don't like things it's entirely up to them. Ctime didn't make me fear holding blurt in any way like the same amount as the platform deciding to freeze several peoples accounts or at least say they were going to, only a few weeks after saying they were going to put someone else on the coal list just because he offended someone that also wrote really Nasty comments to people on the platform but just deletes them. That really made me question having all my blurt in a wallet I can't access for 4 weeks because it could literally tank the price to 0 as most people are here because they value free speech and freedom, if that is taken away and accounts get frozen all those people who came here for a safe haven from platforms who downvote will just be like this is no different and withdraw their funds. I am not the kind of person that believes In no laws at all but that on these type of platforms code can be law, then it is not one persons personal opinion or a group of 3 or so deciding who can get away with things and who can't. Going around freezing individuals accounts and wallets just because someone doesn't like something or because someone thinks someone might do something is really actually even worse than hive slightly. If people have a genuine chance to vote the witnesses they like in and those witnesses decide that they for example don't like swear words it wouldn't bother me as much if they just coded a block on swear words being used. That is a use case of blockchain where a code can be an answer to something someone doesn't like without personal opinion jumping in. Even that is a bit of a slippery slope as people could code in all kinds of words but I guess thats where there has to be some kind of consensus between the voted in witnesses.

From any chats I have seen posted it seems that MD just says his opinion and if a witness disagrees they are kicked out or told to leave, this is not democratic. Still I haven't been told how many people voted on the shoe proposal, before you spoke about it like you were not involved as you said things like 'I believe that was the only project funded', hence you didn't know, which you would if you were involved more fully. Out of the box is number 25 witness and he was never asked. So who is asked about these proposals? it is this lack of transparency and lack of democracy rather than the actual shoe thing, obviously in isolation it's not a huge deal but it is what it represents. People have mostly come to blurt, with much lower payouts because they want to support a platform that is what blurt originally promised, free speech and fairness. They don't want to jump out of a frying pan and into the fire lol.

This isn't personal to you out of any witness you absolutely supported these things and talked with people and spent hours of your time too but that seems to be where it ended and the people giving out the real help from the fund just never showed any interest. This was all you just personally helping or being apart of things as a human being not the foundation. I am actually pretty sure if you had the fund you would be proportioning it out somewhat more fairly and asking for peoples opinions on things. Maybe I am wrong but you always come across very fair to me.
