My Blurt Told Me I Had Money

When I logged in to ionomy today and the little Blurt told me I had $92 🤩 (900 BLURT that I got the other day)

I haven't actually used ionomy before and I just wanted to try it so I wanted to go small... like 1 BLURT but then it complained that the amount is too small to do anything so I went all in, 901 BLURT in. Plus, $92 worth BTC sounds good!

I don't know what these order types so I tried "Market Order" because it looked a lot easier than "Limit Order".

I just put the amount in and "SELL" Come on BTC get in my wallet. Let's go!
This market trade was so fast! It's traded immediately.

But then I don't get this thing 👇

BLURT value was $92 and then it went to "Market Trade" and the value decreased to $17 instantly... like what the hell is going on?!
I don't get it.
I guess "Market Order" isn't the way to go? or I got ripped off? BLURT wasn't worth $92 or something IDK...

I will try "Limit Order" next time and try to rip off someone else?
Oh well... at least I got something.

ionomy is BS?!

If I got $92, it might have been ok... even though the fee is still crazy high, but what in the world!!! Withdraw fee is $5 😱 😱 😱
This is just ridiculous. I would NEVER use ionomy for anything else period. Anybody else using this platform is just crazy insane.

price though...

Last week 1 BLURT was 0.00000501 and this week it is 0.00000201.
What is going to happen after 14 weeks 🤔

After 14 weeks the price will go up to a maximum of 1 dollar and a minimum of 0.20 cents. so don't sell and try to buy.

I am going to HODL for a while and see what is going to happen :)

Your Blurt value changed because the price of Blurt changed.

And yes, there is a large transaction fee for dealing with BTC in and out of Ionomy. My suggestion is getting an easier crypto to take out (cheaper transaction fees like Doge, Hive, Steem, Etc) and trade for BTC later.

So BLURT -> BTC -> HIVE or something? HIVE will cost less to take out?
If so, I will try that. Thank you :)

I noticed, a couple of days ago, that Ionomy tells you that each Blurt in your wallet is worth 10 dollar cents which isn't the case.

It differs per day but is worth about 3 cents at the moment ( you can check this in your wallet ( https://blurtwallet.com/@yourusername ).

I advise you to trade this BTC back to blurt again. Try to buy back blurt as soon as possible, now it's still cheap. With a little bit of luck you can buy in for a little more than you sold.

I'm not a financial advisor though, just someone has been intro crypto and crypto blogging for a little over 3 years.

Good luck and have a nice day!

P.S. I also talked with a blurt dev about the high Ionomy withdrawal fees ( to get blurt from ionomy to your wallet you had to pay 50 blurt.
They talked to ionomy and it's now only 1 blurt. So that's a change for the better.

Wow thanks for the info.
Hopefully ionomy fees will go down for other tokens :)
