Let’s guess these posts didn’t get downvoted for ‘low quality’ or ‘spamming’ or being ‘over rewarded’. Still waiting to see one of these downvoters who actually makes decent posts themselves. I wouldn’t mind so much someone telling me my posts are ‘over rewarded’ if their posts were decent themselves but not once have I seen them post anything that I think could earn them even £1 out in the real world.

This is these guys. Honestly if they all posted absolutely amazing, detailed posts that obviously took a lot of time and effort I might have slightly more respect for them using their dv button with their own judgment. But the kinds of shit these guys posts is almost mindblowing. Sometimes it’s just a rubbish meme, a twitter link, some image off google with two sentences. The fact these ppl think they have some moral high ground to decide who’s posts are worthy of the reward their community give to them is mind blowing.
I challenge anyone to find one of markys posts for example that could earn money in the real world as an image in a magazine, or a stand alone article in a magazine, paper etc. I honestly don’t mind variety and am happy to let people decide what they find cool/ fun but if your going to actively downvote people and take away the rewards others have given them your posts had better be utterly mind blowing... but what do we have? I challenge you honestly find me one mind blowing post that marky has ever made.

Even that is only one paragraph of text filled up with screen shots from the internet when you actually look at it. No magazine would pay to print that. Now look I’m not rly judging ppls posts as I can see the value ina. Meme that brightens someone’s day or gives them a chuckle. But if your going to act as an authority on other people’s content and decide whats worthy of community support you gotta have a very high level of posts. People like acidyo / smooth / azircon / pfunk / meester boom do you ever think these posts would get any kind of real world reward by the general public? Can you imagine meester booms posts in a magazine? Or on an official blog ? Who would give any money for that outside of hive? Yet these ppl seem to think they are some kind of authority on what’s good enough to get a value removed. For me someoen who goes around deciding who’s posts to remove value from, I would expect the kind of content you would see in conde Naste traveller, that would actually be on a Coinbase blog etc. Maybe if all their content was like that you might respect them downvoting a little more.... maybe.

I mean I don’t have any history with marky mark I jUst saw enough downvoters to pretty much club them together and believe he has chased some people who I think make great posts on blurt off hive, but meester boom was the one that downvoted me on almost every post. Have you read his content? I don’t even understand it tbh. Like I said fair enough he has his thing till he then starts taking money away that my community have supported me with. Then I’m going to start judging his content. They always hide behind these stupid cartoons too, downvoting real people who have no problems being themselves online. This was actually my final straw I also got downvoted for standing up for other people I saw getting bullied. If you comment support to them that gets you ‘punished’ I made a very deliberate move ultimately to never be tempted to go back to that site ever again. Meester boom is British.
