Looking for interesting projects on Github, I came across Learn Anything, a platform that seeks to "organize global knowledge, explore relationships and learning paths". It is not the only project that has an education-oriented purpose, there is also Lurnby, which I will cover later.
Currently its interface is quite simple and intuitive: a search engine so that we put a concept (for example: cryptography) and it shows us a kind of mind map that hierarchizes the content in an optimal way.
The most interesting thing is that when one of the concepts that is part of the map is quite extensive, it sends us to another page that completely covers the topic, we could spend a long time reading content!
While the project is working quite well at the moment, its developers clarified in their roadmap that there is a lot more on the way as the goal is to "Create the best possible platform to learn anything, as well as to find and build novel ideas together."
Future features:
Link manager;
Creation of study guides that users can collaborate on;
Visualize what other users are learning;
Add learned topics to a personal database, to customize study guides;
One of Learn Anything's proposals is to fix the education system, described as "broken" and found in many parts of the world. According to them, the current education is not flexible but above all, it is disrespectful to the student, who "wants to create things now. Not in the future".
Who is behind the project?
According to the information provided in the roadmap, their team consists of only two people, although they would like to enlarge the team. One of them is Nikita Voloboev and the other is John Letey.

Buscando proyectos interesantes en Github, me encontré con Learn Anything, una plataforma que busca "organizar el conocimiento global, explorar las relaciones y las vías de aprendizaje". No es el único proyecto que tiene un propósito orientado a la educación, también está Lurnby, del que hablaré más adelante.
Actualmente su interfaz es bastante sencilla e intuitiva: un buscador para que pongamos un concepto (por ejemplo: criptografía) y nos muestre una especie de mapa mental que jerarquiza el contenido de forma óptima.
Lo más interesante es que cuando uno de los conceptos que forma parte del mapa es bastante extenso, nos envía a otra página que cubre completamente el tema, ¡podríamos pasar mucho tiempo leyendo contenido!
Si bien el proyecto está funcionando bastante bien por el momento, sus desarrolladores aclararon en su hoja de ruta que hay mucho más en camino ya que el objetivo es "Crear la mejor plataforma posible para aprender cualquier cosa, así como para encontrar y construir ideas novedosas juntos."
Futuras características:
Gestor de enlaces;
Creación de guías de estudio en las que los usuarios puedan colaborar;
Visualizar lo que otros usuarios están aprendiendo;
Añadir los temas aprendidos a una base de datos personal, para personalizar las guías de estudio;
Una de las propuestas de Learn Anything es arreglar el sistema educativo, descrito como "roto" y que se encuentra en muchas partes del mundo. Según ellos, la educación actual es no flexible, pero sobre todo, es descuidada con el estudiante, que "quiere crear cosas ahora. No en el futuro".
¿Quién está detrás del proyecto?
