Why can't we reach the sky up above
And fly gracefully as a dove?
Why can't we reach the core
And discover more and more?
Why do we have to be like a raindrop
That falls non-stop?
And why do we have to be like a glass
That once shattered—can't go back to the way it was?
Why can't we be like stars
That shines even from afar?
Why can't we be like stones
