I have a friend who can not log into Blurt. Keys are "incorrect". Not sure what's up. The account looks fine so no one logged in and cleaned it out or anything.
What options does my friend have to recover the account? Any?

That sucks. I don't think I've heard of that happening. Have they already tried using their master key to generate a new set of keys?
Yeah he's been been on Steemit and Hive for years so I am sure he has. I gave him the Account Recovery page I found on the right hand drop down menu by our profile picture. Not sure what the problem is/was. He can get in now but I am waiting for him to be able to post and such. We live very far apart so I do not know all that's going on. I am waiting for an update from him. Probably tomorrow. He's tired after yesterdays family visit and big feast.

I gave him the link to the recovery page on the top right drop down menu of the platform. I found it after I posted. He reports this morning he can log in but that's it so far and he will try again later. I told him to let me know and told him about you. I just need his permission to tell you and he did not give it yet. It's day after Thanksgiving. I think he's tired. He's my Dad's age. I will comment again with an update when I have one. Thanks for being willing to help!!!!
