It would have a modern outlook and a blurt central city. The other districts will be based on some key divisions and purpose. For instance blurtainment as the entertainment district. So on and forth like blurtsports, blurttech, blurtlife, blurtmusic , e.t.c.
The center of attration as blurt is blog will be more of on contents. So blurt would have an advance computer network that can exchange informatio and content fuelled by people feed it in. It will be like all you need to know and need to see.

Environment and seasons
I would say it should pretty much be same as we have it here except less heat and less natural disasters. As modern as it will be there should be lots of nature too.
