Sometimes it's best not to check price when things are moving downward. Sure it feels good to open your phone and see everything in the green but who wants to check your phone and price charts all day when the markets are getting crushed. Obviously most people are looking to buy the dip in these spots so they scrutinize every fractal until they can't analyze anymore. All of this can lead to a burn out so sometimes it's best not to check price and just be. I like to get outdoors on days like this, it helps me stay fresh.
