3 days ago i did send blurt to @graphene-swap and @blurt-swap , a 100 each for testing . The graphene-swap came true in my Hive-engine wallet ,. still waiting for the 100 from @blurt-swap .
Thinking that @graphene-swap would work , i did send 5500 blurt true them to my Hive-engine wallet . 3 days now , still nothing .
I can see my coins in the @graphene-swap wallet ,. what's going on here ?
Can someone answer me , maybe even solve this mystery ?
OK, a few issues here.
The blurt-swap and graphene-swap accounts belong to Hive-Engine - more than that, the same account names exist on both Blurt and Hive, else would be confusing!
If you had done two different test sends, you'd have noticed that your assumption was wrong. The txn that worked was the one sent to blurt-swap! To add to the confusion, that txn was received on HE from graphene-swap! Go figure.
Best to look at Tribaldex instructions - it did change in the past, but was some time ago. It clearly states to send to blurt-swap.
Also, the 2 transfers to graphene-swap used the wrong memo - the one to blurt-swap was correct - "SWAP.BLURT username"
So... nothing anybody here can do - just go to the Engine discord channel and they'll sort it out.
As an aside, when users mess up transfers from HE, it has a script to send it back with an error message.

ok, good - it will get resolved - sometimes faster than others - just send them the txn links.
I actually looked into this recently and, yes, is odd that transfers to blurt-swap do not then arrive from the same account on HE. Looks like graphene-swap is now a generic swap-bot for many other coins.
On the HIVE-engine page there is a support button you can click to contact them. It works, I received an answer once with an issue...
It has never reached @hive-engine ,.. it's at blurt account wallets that provide the service ,.. how can H-e help with this ?
So before i make a ticket on H-e ,. email and stuff needed ,. @graphene-swap and @blurt-swap ,.. please look in to this , and solve it , thank you .
