We Indians starts our day with a hot cup of tea weather it's winter, monsoon or summer.. We plung into tea soon after we get up from our beds..
But researchs nowadays are showing some very bad effects of tea consumption on human body.No doubt tea leaves are rich in antioxidants and flavonoids but when consumed with milk it's interfering the iron absorption in body.. And milk tea causes acidity and bloating in some individuals..
So why not switch this unhealthy habit to healthy one..
And start our days with more powerful, more healthy and antioxidants rich teas..
