India biggest political issue on Kashmir resolved

India got independence on 1947 on August 15th which was celebration day for all Indians but There was one state called Jammu & Kashmir which was still not merged till India independence and too much confused weather they should merge with India and Pakistan or should Declare Independence State but just after few days Pakistani Kabaili invaded the State and started looting the property and Raping the women .
The king of Jammu & Kashmir Raja Hari Singh started helping request from India but India only had condition that India will only help if Jammu & Kashmir will merge with .

Till the time India react on Pakistani Kabaili , Jammu and Kashmir State lost its 30% territory and after signed the agreement by King Hari Singh with India , India started war with Pakistani and after all India made all the pakistani kabaili fled from Jammu Kashmir territory.

India could conquer all the captured territory from Pakistan occupied Jammu & Kashmir but Indian prime minister Pandit Jawahar lal Nehru put petition in United Nation and till the time This issue is still pending to be resolved.

India did one more mistake in that time and that was article 370 and 35 a which was added in Jammu and Kashmir constitution but for temporary status and even after 70 years ,it was not removed until Modi came to power and on 5th August ,2019 got historic day to remove it and make India one nation .

On 11th dec,2023 Supreme court resolved the legal case which was filed for many years against 370 removal and finally supreme court also agreed that Indian Government was right to remove these act as it was not permanent and one day it had to be gone .

Indian state and UT like Jammu & Kashmir is peacefully moving towards development and getting advantage of all the central scheme and policy . Now India is completely become One nation and Under PM Modi guidance ,its getting good growth.

जम्मू और कश्मीर के राजा हरि सिंह ने भारत से मदद की गुहार की, लेकिन भारत का शर्त यह था कि भारत केवल उस समर्थन करेगा जब तक जम्मू और कश्मीर भारत के साथ मिल जाएगा। जब तक भारत पाकिस्तानी कबैलियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई कर रहा था, जम्मू और कश्मीर ने अपने ३०% क्षेत्र को हार दिया था और राजा हरि सिंह ने भारत के साथ समझौता किया। इसके बाद, भारत ने पाकिस्तान से इस क्षेत्र से सभी कबैलियों को भगा दिया।

भारत ने पाकिस्तान के कबैलियों के साथ युद्ध कर सभी जब्त क्षेत्र को जीत सकता था, लेकिन भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री पंडित जवाहर लाल नेहरू ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र में याचिका दाखिल की और इस मुद्दे को अब तक हल करना बाकी है।

उस समय भारत ने एक और गलती की और वह थी धारा ३७० और ३५ ए, जो जम्मू और कश्मीर के संविधान में जोड़े गए थे लेकिन केवल अस्थायी स्थिति के लिए थे और ७० वर्षों तक वह हटाए नहीं गए थे, जब तक कि मोदी सत्ता में आए और ५ अगस्त, २०१९ को उन्हें हटाने का ऐतिहासिक दिन मिला और भारत को एक राष्ट्र बना दिया।

११ दिसम्बर, २०२३ को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उस वकीली मुकदमे का निर्णय दिया जिस पर कई वर्षों से विचारधीन था और अंत में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी स्वीकृति दी कि भारत सरकार ने इन अधिनियमों को हटाने का सही निर्णय लिया था क्योंकि ये स्थायी नहीं थे और एक दिन इन्हें जाना ही था।

भारतीय राज्य और संघ क्षेत्र जैसे जम्मू और कश्मीर शांतिपूर्णता से विकास की दिशा में बढ़ रहे हैं और सभी केंद्रीय योजना और नीति का लाभ उठा रहे हैं। अब भारत पूरी तरह से एक राष्ट्र बन चुका है और पीएम मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में यह अच्छे विकास की दिशा में है।
