Previously they approved Beta Testing.
Now they have blocked Beta Testing and Public Release - both in name of In Review

• Global availability
• World wide users can download it.
• Blocked in name of In Review

Talk to Apple

• I can talk to Apple only if app gets rejected
• So, I believe, they are intentionally keeping it under status In Review
• I have given them the source code link - it's open source.
• I have given them all details that they asked for but it just goes to dead end.
