It hasn't taken long for the reward pool to start rising again. I would not be surprised to see it touch 2 million BLURT, especially due to the zero-payout famine.
As I have said many times, expect the helter-skelter to last about a month.
But, for now, enjoy the feast as vote values are manifestly increasing.
However, do remember that front-ends are still not showing the correct numbers, so expect the weight of coins landing in your wallet to be about half of what is shown. This may resolve itself once we start seeing posts made after HF5 paying out. If not, is a small fix to the UIs.

Thank you for the update, many of my friends in the Filipino community are wondering about their payouts. I myself as well lol, I hope the UI will be updated so as the front-ends so it'll show the real numbers.
Also, we'll check the payout of our post made after the HF5, I'm certain at that time will all be fine.
Anyhow I'm still waiting for my open order in hive-engine to power up my account, the issues will not stop me from powering up lol.

The economic changes are real - the wallets are real - the UIs are an illusion ;-)
Also, the front-ends have other issues to deal with, so fixing their number-manifestations does not seem high on their lists. Once all pre-HF5 posts are paid out and flushed out of the system, then I can check again why the current calculations are wrong. But, I can keep saying the same thing, however, it isn't up to me to make those fixes.

But you're right, the UIs (User Illusions) should have some approximation to reality.
I am currently more interested in what is being paid out and how the blockchain metrics play out.
