This delicacy is called Edikiakong in Ibibio, a popular dish among the Akwa Ibomites. I am Igbo and married in Akwa Ibom. Today is my first time of making this meal and its fresh from the pot and I am proud of myself. The basic ingredients are pumpkin vegetable and water leave, but I added a little hot leave (uziza in Igbo and Adusa in Ibibio).
