in blurt •  4 years ago

Summer is going to end very soon as Autumn is knocking at the door. I think it's time to explore the colorful fruits world. We all know the benefits of eating fruits every single day. Fruits contain a lot of vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, and full of nutrients. I think every people loves fruit and early wait for summer for fresh fruits.

I used to drink a lot of juice instead of consuming fresh fruits. But recently I changed my mind and added a bowl of fruits into my menu. Because I think I should take more extra fruit now including juice to be more healthy. After winter, full-body, the skin needs extra care. Your body needs vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and your skin needs to be hydrated all the time.

So, today I am going to share my fresh fruit bowl with honey with you. Basically, there is nothing special in it, it's a lazy quick but colorful fruits bowl. For this bowl, you just need some ingredients that's it. I started taking one bowl of fresh fruits every single day. I just buy fruits whatever is available in the market but they have to be fresh, not frozen. I don't like frozen vegetables at all.

To be honest I was not a fan of fruits but recently I changed my habit and added a bowl of fresh fruits into my menu...

Ingredients :

For this bowl, you need :

  • Malta - Sectioned ( you can also take oranges)

  • Kiwi - sliced
  • Lemon juice - little bit (optional)
  • Honey ( for sweetness)
  • Salt
  • Chaat Masala ( you can use black salt instead)

Step by Step :

First, in a large bowl, take sectioned Malta, halved strawberries, and sliced kiwi. keep the bowl into the freezer for 1 hour to make the fruits cold and chilled.

Later, add salt, lime juice, and honey and combine them properly. The amount of honey depends on your sweetness. You can use orange juice instead of lime juice if you want the dominant orange flavor. If strawberries are not sweet, you can add extra honey for sweetness.

I prefer adding extra honey as I love salted sweetness. Don't forget to add black salt. I use Chaat Masala and salt instead of black salt. If you don't like too much citrus flavor, you can skip lime juices but as you are adding honey, it will combine properly.

To make it fancier, you can add mint leaves as well.

You can also use sweet cream instead of honey though it's not healthy especially if you control your body. Overall, you have to balance your bowl.
