Diriya's daughter, who fought alone with the Chartered Accountancy firm and won her demands.
Her name is Jumji Senaratne. A girl who grew up deprived of parental care from childhood but never gave up learning and faced life with courage.

Selected University - Peradeni University
But since her sister was young at that time, there was no space for her to go to Peradeni University alone in Colombo. Due to the financial contribution of some of the teachers who taught her, she is able to enter the degree course (BSc. Applied Accounting degree course) run by the Chartered Accountancy Institute.
She was engaged in education very well, commuting daily from Godagama area of Homagama to Torrington, where the Chartered Accountancy Institute is located. By the first semester of her third year (fifth semester overall), she had managed to maintain a good grade point average (a good GPA) at the level of an upper class pass.
The problem that is the basis of this story arises in the fifth semester. She got less than expected results for the two subjects OB (Organizational Behavior) and ME (Managerial Economics). She was very confident that it was impossible and that she answered both papers very well. Because of this, she fell into bed very mentally. She was afraid that her overall result would be bad because of this.
In the academic education system, if a student has doubts about his result, he can request to retake the survey. This right has been well established in many universities in all countries of the world. Even in Sri Lanka, it is stated on official websites that children have this right in some state universities. I don't know how it works, but I have accepted the right. Sri Lanka is a country with a very underdeveloped educational culture. In such a country, children's educational rights are robbed by various people like teachers, lecturers and administrative officials.
Jummi formally requested the teachers and administration officials to re-evaluate her answer sheets. These are the wonderful answers received.

  1. We mark papers properly. That's why recorrection is not given..
  2. Children have no right to ask for re-correction. Don't struggle with lies, there is no point..
  3. Marks are given as written. It will not change again.
  4. We have thousands of exams. No re-correction has ever been given to anyone. Not even given. (This is talking about chartered exams..)
  5. Remediation is not given anywhere in the campuses in the world. That's why we don't give 😁😁😁😷😷
When you read these responses, you have a feeling, right? The administrative officers of this campus are a bunch of arrogant people. In any case, there is a common opinion in the society that Charchard Institute is a place full of arrogant people. These administrative officials do not know how to respect the educational rights of the children who come to study. They behave and talk like their children learn with their money.
The best thing is that they offer a degree affiliated to the University of La Trobe in Australia. This Australian university has made it very clear on their official website how a student should request re-correction. It has been rightly accepted that it is a child's right. At least they don't know that. Otherwise, there is no brain enough to accept that. A group of arrogant fools. They are looking for good cattle, not for imparting graduate education. People like these are the ones who currently own Sri Lankan education.
If you say that Jumni fell to such a low level mentally, she even hated going to the campus. Hearing that there was something to learn, I even became interested. Who should a child who has lost parental care ask for help about this?
A group of teachers who were close to her among her equivalent level and advanced level teachers recognized her mental collapse and filed a case against the Chartered Accountancy Institute. Its purpose was to protect the children by standing up against the injustices done by such institutions.
Advocate Romesh De Silva appeared on behalf of the Chartered Accountant Institute and Advocate Krishmal Varnasuriya appeared on behalf of Jumji.
With the filing of the case, those arrogant officers of the chartered accountancy firm declared war against this girl who was deprived of parental care. Revenge began. Swearing in lecture halls, Swearing in examination halls, Making various threats and intimidation, Threatening and scaring everyone in her batch to stop associating with her and thereby leaving her alone, Mentioning and abusing her in other batches. The institution was encouraged to do very shameful, indecent and lowly work. But she faced life alone from a young age and got the pannaraya. Even in such a harsh environment, he fearlessly started the rest of his education again.
Jumji is a very nice note taker. The notes made by her for almost every subject are the same for the entire batch
