For years there has been an issue with his using Blurt to slander and plagiarize work from many who he is insanely angry at over on Hive.
The fact he is still doing this years later without being on the coal list is a black eye for this chain.
Why is he getting a pass?
When I scroll down the list of hot right now, just the third post down has this mark on it.
When you click on it, it says this person plagiarizes, reason code PLG.
Dan in his mental breakdown over being shut down for regurgitating the same material has gone scorched earth in defamation.
Everyone who wouldn't support him (some downvoting as well)when they blacklisted him for regurgitating his posts is supposedly part of some Satanic elite running Hive.
Nothing is off the table for him, especially stealing their artwork as he uses it for the most defaming comments.
In his post yesterday he is clearly using Meesterboom artwork STILL and was asked years ago to stop.

I tried hard years ago to cool this down as well as logging back into Hive to try reasoning with nonameslefttouse. My post here on it.
I also went to talk to nonames, as I always enjoyed his writing, more than the artwork. It didn't turn out as well as it could have, and I take some of the responsibility. He was really heated and from his angle, it appeared Dan had Blurts blessing for his off the chain mental breakdown.
I won't be assed to find that string of comments I had over there, as there is MORE than enough here to see he is not just plagiarizing, he is PROUD to be doing so and doubles down on it the more they protest.
This leads us back to my question, why are some like gabikay as I pictured above having a warning for content theft but not this blatant in your face proud of it context?
Unless he is treated just the same as those like gabikay, it does lend the appearance of being approved by higher ups here.
It also lends itself to the conclusion that it depends on who you are on whether you get a pass on your actions, no matter how criminal or harmful to others as they might be.
Is the pass based on color of skin?
Is the pass based on the amount invested?
Is it actually condoned by those who are placing folks on this coal list, code PLG?

Several folks came here from Hive who are well liked, like Dreemit and Riverflows.
Both left and his shenanigans have a LOT to do with it. How many others never even make it over, just see his insanity, think it's encouraged officially, and don't come and badmouth us because of it.

In scrolling the Hot list, I don't see any accounts now with that warning. I assume then the solution was to treat all equally by getting rid of the coal function.
That solves the part I was complaining about as far as the treatment of members being different.

Have you guys tried promoting blurt over on rumble? I think it’s just a waste of time on hive everyone that’s bothered about the corruption there has left already, those that are pretending to look the other way always will now I think. Rumble on the other hand is doing pretty well I believe? and maybe those who want to make posts along side their videos might enjoy a home here. I don’t get this copyright thing, I’m pretty sure your allowed to use other peoples art and videos if you talk about it and dissect it, versus share it with none of your own thoughts added to it, claiming it’s your own. Lots of blogs have my photography on over the years with someone discussing various points about my work or even just putting collections together. You can use other people’s videos on YouTube too as long as you’re reviewing them and adding your own points. Half of YouTube these days is reviewing other videos and sharing chunks from them. As to what is being said, it’s better to go with ‘in my opinion’ or ‘imo’ then in USA you’re covered by free speech. It’s better to just leave out absolutes as much as possible.
