My first post on Blurt... How exactly does this work?

New to this

I saw a few posts pass by in my feed with the Blurt tag, so I had to check it out. It turns out I have a 3000 + Blurt Power already staked and some 300 Blurt liquid. No idea I had this. But that's always nice to find out. But some things about this platform seem to be different than other front-ends. First of all, I have used the tag "BLURT" in a few posts before, from posts I made in Ecency or Peakd, but they don't appear here. No idea why...

And then there is the liquid Blurt, it isn't visible in Hive-Engine. Even though it is not staked. I am even more in the dark there. Do I need to transfer them to Hive-Engine? And how? Kind of in the dark there.

This frontend seems quite interesting, and isn't as specific as others, but is having a lot of activity. Which makes it very interesting.

So, who am I?

Well, I have been on Steem for over three years now, and off course now on the Hive blockchain. I am interested is sports, especially football and cycling. I like photography (quite active on Appics), cryptocurrency, and other investments. I also follow the world's political and economical news from very closeby, and have a very distinct opinion about some things. But that is luckily fine on a social network like Hive.

Quite looking forward to loosing my egg on Blurt too in the future!

Have a great day,

Sincerely,

Pele23

Blurt is entirely a new blockchain. It’s a fork of Steem just like Hive. So Hive apps like Peakd, Ecency… cannot work for it.

Welcome to Blurt and hopefully this place grows with the prize so many people can join and have more fun.

Blurt is totally separate from Hive and Steemit but a million times better than either. Welcome to Blurt. This is where you want to be.

Good that you finally found out BLURT. Welcome!

BLURT is listed on ionomy.com Exchange and also has a bridge to Hive Engine.
