Hello everyone and happy Saturday. I wanted to share my first impressions after using Blurt for a week, I have been posting some 'expressions' drawings, something that is rather new for me as well. I plan to make those daily (yup, the letter 'B' is the next one coming up later tonight), but I also do plan to make some drawings exclusive to Blurt here and there (a little bit like I do on my HIVE posts).

So my first impressions are : This is nice! The principle of social platform is nothing new, but the interactions and the way the community is just jumping to help out to share tips is just awesome. I really appreciated the fact that some came to me with information and support . The type of things that I am looking for : a real time saver and it shows a lot about the engagement.

Yes I draw, I like it. It is a way for me to create some content while enjoying a hobby at the same time. Two birds with just one stone. But I am mostly an IT guy, a little addicted to coding in whatever is necessary. Since the is platform could be a sleeper and seems to have space to grow, I am wondering about going maybe a little more technical for this chain.

I am slowly checking out info (from discord and various channels), I am wondering if maybe I should make a node or a Dapp (maybe a card game or something like that, but obviously not as sophisticated as Splinterlands, but maybe a little something fun, for the fun of it (if it can actually help out in a way, worse case scenario, creating stuff is always something that I enjoy, whether it goes somewhere or not).

Of course not everything is perfect on Blurt, the UI seems a little too common (but then again it is common grounds and it is functional). Some extra infra would never hurt with performance (there comes the node idea), but when it comes to cost, it is something where I rather take my time before getting involved with IRL payments and stuff (just like anybody). As for coding a Dapp or something like that, that is mostly just time (something valuable, but that I can schedule and afford to spare some). Time will tell, nothing is perfect neither and the overall is positive and attractive.

Before I write a complete chapter or an eternal text, I will just resume my first impressions of Blurt : I like it, I believe there could be potential :-)

Here is a sketch without any colors :

I am thinking that maybe I should start putting those on DTube, but youtube for now is ok (plus it may attract more eyes)

I hope you guys enjoyed it. Thanks for the view.
