As some of you may know, I am from Germany and I was an active member of the German HIVE community and still have contact with some members from back then...

Under the post, there are 57!!!! comments from members of the German community, expressing their outrage. But what can you do against 2 downvoting whale accounts? Absolutely nothing!
I personally find it absolutely disgusting, what is going on over there and I truly hope that @indextrader24 hears my call to come to Blurt!

I checked your account.. The accounts sepa666 and sepa777 seem to have a load of active keys at their disposal and are draining mass accounts... Did you have your keys anywhere else apart from directly on hive.blog???
Peaked ,. NFTshowroom ,. that kind of stuff ,. but after changing all my keys and keychain password on a new laptop running Linux ,. they still managed to get in . They even got in Exodus wallet on the windows laptop and stole the one litecoin on there ,. while i never even opened that wallet for some months and kept the password and words to recover always away and offline .

That place just gets worse and worse. It all started with the HF about 3 years ago, was it 21 or something? Suddenly we had downvotes, and it all went downhill.
No it started way before then I told a number of people now I was in a private chat group with a few of these downvoters back in 2017 when I first joined. The grossest people ever I just didn’t realise how much influence they had back then. Steemit chat was ran by some woman with a name like Illuminate who ran the chat pages and they had all these private rooms where they would mock newbies and laugh about taking them down to zero for fun then in public would make up bullshit reasons. I think you’re just lucky you stayed off the radar for a while as they used to just pick on new joiners in steemit chat. Steemit would have had so many more members if they didn’t just drive everyone off with this downvoting and taking peoples rep to 0 for jokes. I got invited in prob cause I was one of the only females back then. I also did hear many of these accounts were set up before the inception of steemit. It’s been going on a long time it just got worse on hive maybe they got more power then or maybe they wanted to rope ppl in first to thinking they were making money so they would be more Maluable. It’s defo a money grab these ppl downvoting are meanwhile rinsing rewards lol they even rinse on steemit whilst downvoting any of the commoners for using it
You're right, it really started before downvotes... it started on Steemit... or we could even say it started with the births of the downvote cabal members back in the '80s. Or even their parents! The evil goes back a long ways.

Indextrader24 war der erste auf Hive, der mich damals freundlich empfangen hat. Mehr gutes kann ich über ihn aber nicht sagen. Hast Du seine Posts auch mal gelesen??? Dazu möchte ich hier so öffentlich nicht ins Detail gehen. Aber Schmidi hat das in seinem Kommentar auf Hive richtig beschrieben: Einerseits Liebe predigen und andererseits Hass verbreiten. Es gibt da auf Hive einige Kandidaten die in diese Kategorie fallen, leider vornehmlich deutschsprachig.

Ja downvoten ist Mist. Aber was manche Menschen von sich absondern gehört weder auf die Chain, noch auf Facebook, Insta etc.
Nur weil auf der Chain die freie Rede propagiert wird kann man trotzdem nicht alles sagen. Es gibt auch für die freie Rede Grenzen.
