Greetings...

One of the Grand Masjid (mosque) in India, located at Delhi, stands as a historic and architectural marvel , reflecting the rich culture of India.
It was build by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the mid 17th century. It is the symbol of Mughal architecture.

The Masjid's (mosque) red sandstone and white marble facinates the visitors complicated calligraphy and geometric patterns. I have visited two times, one is when i went there for study purpose which was is 2013 and also i visited there last year. I haven't seen kind of calligraphy in my whole life. Like when i visited there last year, i was surprised by only seen the big and huge doordoor in my life.

Jamia Masjid can accommodate thousands of worshippers during congregational prayers. Its three majestic domes and towering minarets provide a commanding presence in the city's skyline. The prayer hall, adorned with Persian carpets and ornate chandeliers, exudes a sense of serenity and devotion.

Beyond its religious significance, Jamia Masjid is deeply interwoven with Delhi's cultural fabric. Surrounded by bustling markets and narrow lanes, the mosque creates a unique juxtaposition of old-world charm and modern urban life. Pilgrims and tourists alike are drawn to the mosque not only for spiritual solace but also to immerse themselves in the city's vibrant history.

As a testament to time, Jamia Masjid continues to be a revered landmark, connecting the present with the grandeur of India's past. Whether one seeks spiritual enlightenment or historical appreciation, this iconic mosque remains an enduring symbol of Delhi's rich heritage.
