I prefer this tool here: https://witness.blurt.tools/, because it shows what each witness has set for operation fees and bandwidth fees. I have a personal policy of not voting for witnesses who leave it at the default (0.05 operation fee and 0.010 per kB bandwith fee). I feel the same way about witnesses who don't update their fees on Blurt as I do about witnesses who don't update their price feed on Hive.
