We are all Artists.

On Blurt, everyone is an artist.

A writer, a painter, a musician, a Creator.

A blogger.

Craftsmen. Craftswomen.

When you are an artist there is nothing worse than having your work stolen and presented by someone else as their work.

Nothing.

So on Blurt there are lots of Artists keeping an eye out for plagiarism.

It is not a centralized or controlled responsibility… anyone who invests in Blurt does not want to see plagiarism or theft of their work … so everyone is keeping a look out.

It is not vigilantism or censorship. It is just artists keeping an eye out for the theft of other artist’s property.

There is no Cheetah, no Hivewatchers, no spies, no inner sanctum of Downvoting whales. Just simple artists keeping a watch for stolen goods.

What is the most powerful thing you can do when you spot Plagiarism ? The theft of someone’s property ?

You ask that person to stop.

In the Comments of their posts, you ask them to stop posting stolen property.

Sometimes people make mistakes and are forgiven.

Sometimes people are just stealing other people’s creative work.
