It's been 6 years that my journey with Steemit started and then Hive came into existence. Since then, a lot of ups and downs and many changes but for me the one thing that I have always tried to maintain is that to keep my goal in focus, and with that I have been able to move along in this journey for so long.
Along the way also came Blurt and though I will not say it has been the best returns here, but I can say that it has been a pleasant journey here. It's not 6 years for Blurt but then it has been a part of this system. All of them operate in their own way and each one of them has their strengths and weaknesses. It's always good to look at the strengths and build up from that. I like the interactions that happen here.
There are some people here from Hive and Steemit and some very new, and I wish to thank everyone who all have been a part of my journey for their support. It feels good when it gets interactive and you know that what you write is also being read which is a feel-good factor.
Personally, for me life has got very busy working here. I never run out of work, I always have something or the other to do and the good part is that it's constructive work and hence I find it valuable. Writing is my passion, I like it. I enjoy sharing my stories and experiences of life. Nowadays when I travel, I am always conscious about capturing the experiences around me, so I can say it brings mindfulness to me.
I hope that this enthusiasm remains and that I can keep continuing with the journey for a long time.
Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸
This weekend, I experienced the Pune metro - The first ever metro experience in my life.
From the very beginning, I had mindset of "capturing the experiences".
So, I started taking photos. More than I usually do. Not just my wife, but I also observed that change in me & It felt little odd. Focusing on "capturing" instead of "Living" it. I regret it - I ruined my first experience by taking photos & having a different mindset. Not applicable to you - but I am sharing my own experience. Sometimes you gotta be careful - "Capturing" shouldn't override "Living". I know you handle well. This was intended for me - but I am just sharing.
See right here - I diverged 🙈
Talking about me & not you.
Wish you all the best for your writing journey.
Keep sharing.
I can very well relate to this. Sometimes I too get engrossed in capturing the pictures and in the bargain fail to live the real experience. I have become mindful about it and try to balance it by first enjoying the place and living it and then I go ahead with the pictures. If the time is short then I let go the photography part. Ya, it is important to balance these things. We want to capture these special moments to share with others, and can get carried away very easily.

That's true and it's nice to see people still hang around even after all the ups and downs :-)
