Six years of difficult act

Another of my hardest tasks is to act ignorant of diet. Meditating for days without eating. This had me so hard. Later I meditated with weeks of starving and eating a productive life i.e. something like a fruit fallen on the ground.
Later left that method and meditated with food restrictions only if there was a fruit in my sit. This got me used to doing hair. So acts like this got my body so tired and stressed. But kept my mind not shaking.
Once again Lord Buddha said this to 'Sachchaka' at Vishala Kandy Kandy Library Hall.
