Welcome to the Blurt out of my kitchen!

What's for Brunch this Sunny Sunday?

HomeMadeBrunch.JPG

Avoiding waste in the kitchen by recycling all leftovers. So no waste of taste in my kitchen... Most ingredients are what others don't buy anymore. "Only" organically grown and produced as local as possible. Then enriched with all the tastiness you can find in nature... Even the "waste" during the cooking process is mostly used to complete the menus!

Here is some of the deliciousness i prepared this Sunday for brunch:
"All" Homemade:

  • Wheat Bread Garam Masala with Linseeds ,
  • Indian Style Pasta Veggie Salad,
  • Azuki Beans in Blue Cheese Sauce,
  • Cucumber Carrot & Onion Salad,
  • Golden Milk,
  • Bacon & Egg,
  • Sausages plus some
  • Goat and Sheep Cheese....

Enjoy your hopefully Sunny Day! For questions, recipe ideas or else, just leave a comment and ping me!

BTW, i'm the Dude
i always do what i want, when i want and how i want!
