We dont need no leaders but different people with different minds and skills as a whole community working together , it is the goal of decentralized blockchains and cryptos . It is pathetic to be trapped in same poisonous patterns no matter what this humanity does .
Hierarchies exist in every social animal on the planet - we are no different.
To deny they aren't 'a thing', is to deny nature's intelligence (which I rate as being 10000X higher, than homo sapiens).
Hierarchies within communities - one's based on intelligence, competence, integrity, and ethics/morals, creates this.
It only requires the silence of good men, for evil to triumph.
(That's why there's been an upsurge of cultural marxist indoctrination camps - to try and silence good men, done through the early years of
educationnon-critical thinking, indoctrination).I get your words , i guess the switch should be done with good people with real skills and intelligence who do understand how a community should be vs selfish pseudo leaders .
