every corporate advert is "begging for money"
nearly every single publisher on facebook and youtube, no matter how big, says "please like and subscribe" (and or donate to my "charity")
this is begging
in-fact, every single post on blurt is an implicit act of begging for crumbs (because of the included upvote button at the bottom of everything)
By your logic trade is begging ? ,.. selling a product is begging ? sharing a post is begging ?
Not to me , as a beggar will give nothing in return , no nice post , no entertainment , no product ,.. nothing . The beggar only want's you to give him some from what you got , for he thinks you are that kind and see him as a victim .
Btw. i never like or subscribe to anything on youtube or facebook , and hate it when the " Influencer " begs for likes and subscribes .
But i do throw a coin in the hat of the street musician when i was entertained .
yes, advertising is begging
simply having an upvote button is an implicit ask
If you have to beg to get people to buy your product ,.. your product is probably not that good , as a good product sell's itself .
Advertising is not begging ( or it must be made in a beggars style ) , it's promoting your product to a greater public .
a distinction without a difference
