The sweet spot: 1,000 blurt a day for 165 days

I like to check my ecosynthesizer.com account most days. It gives me the most accurate view of my voting power. And as you can see here I really need to do some curating.

I am just a few thousand BP away from 1.2 Million BP voting power. Now over a million of that is delegated and I try to put it to good use, so there is an external responsibility along with an internal one. If my BP is at 100% it means I am loosing money and people are not getting rewarded. There is wasted energy, rot, corruption. If I am decreasing my voting power I am making money and so are others.

But do you notice anything else about these figures?

I have 165,000 blurt, not a bad amount of blurt, it isn't 1 million of my own burt, but it is well on its way. Well today my account happens to be 165 days old also.

So that means on average I have made 1000 blurt a day. That is about $5.70 a day according to today's beautiful blurt prices, which comes to about $170 a month. That is 4 x the minimum wage in Ghana and $330 short of a very easy life for even me here. For a noob that really isn't bad but I have to thank all that have delegated. And everyone that has produced quality content for me to vote for.

I also check this one every few weeks to look at my vote reach for curation. I like to always see a growing number.

I have voted 3105 times over this 165 days.
For 289 different accounts.

The power of blurt is real and the price is being pushed up, those of your powering up and supporting great content on blurt with votes will be rewared.

First, congrats on the average and where it has led for you.

However, the real thing I wanted to share was about your curation. Two things really.

Rycharde mentioned as well, if you know you will be away for a couple days, try to vote yourself down to 60%, 3 days 40% etc. While the payoffs get smaller it prevents it from being a total waste.

The second thing is I need to give you a view of yourself from another persons (mine) eyes.

I discovered you because of your curation. Your support for the African community was what caught my eye as I saw your comments and votes on many posts that caught my eye. Deciding to look into your posts because of this, I discovered what for myself is one of the best blogs on Blurt. Had it not been for the amazing work you do in the Blurt African community I would not have discovered you when I did. I'm grateful for the work you put into your community, even more so by the valuable things you share with us from your own blog. This is what will make Blurt strong, and you are one of the leaders here by my view.

Yes if I can better plan when I am away I can do that before hand with the voting down and then it will topped up when I get back to it. Great tip none the less. Usually how it happens is I get caught up in things and then I have to play catch up and then my percentage is down all week. So your idea is good to work smarter not harder.

Thank you for the complement of one of the best blogs on blurt. That means a lot to me coming from you because I see your comments around too and you are very discerning reader and one of the best in interaction on blurt too. I can learn and have been learning a lot from you about the interaction side.

Blurt is awesome. I especially love to see how supportive Blurt Bloggers are on places like Noise.Cash, where they tip BitcoinCash on Blurt.blog posts that are shared over there. Blurt is Awesome. https://noise.cash/u/offgrid

Yes noise.cash is great too and I am over there voting a lot. Thanks for the support everywhere.

I use the bitcoin.com wallet for BCH, what do you use?

I have been trying to deposit BCH into Hive-engine.com and I keep getting an error or issuficiant funds, and I am trying to transfer over $25. Have you ever had this issue?

I use BitcoinCash.com too…. I don’t think you can deposit BCH into Hive-Engine. … I usually convert to BTC, ETH and then send to ionomy.com … convert and send to Hive, Steemit or Blurt

I also use the tools at https://ecosynthesizer.com/blurt/ almost every day to see my voting power.

I'm glad to see your concern. You care deeply about others and are not only selfish. After all, growing up together was fun.

I'm glad to know someone like you who is visionary, positive thinking and looking far ahead....

Thanks for sharing the tool.
Mine is 472 votes to 121 people within around 23 days. Not bad.
