Today I learnt again tricks to deal with the CS team. You have to spell out the magic words, sg kyc user to entitle Spotify sub.
So I want to keep a trace here to learn in future.
Hi, i tried to contact CS regarding my Spotify bill and they said that i need to pay using CDC Visa Card. However, knowing from this chatgroup that this is impossible and was directed to submit my credit card bill which states my payment for Spotify. Did I miss something here?

because users from other countries also asked the same question... so they use the same template reply until you say you are sg kyc
