I used VVS swap to get some ADA. They are shown in VVS,but I cannot see in the CDC DeFi wallet because Cardano is not among the networks to import tokens

yes ,but if you can swap for a token on the VVS app you should be able to see it in the wallet
Then should not show Ada in the CDC DeFi wallet
If you need the ADA address to import you can go to your explorer. However you should research if the defi wallet support.
It should, you can go to cronos scan and get the contract address of the token.
