Depends on what you mean by right. What witness is worthy of your vote? Why? Ehat is a witness supposed to do? What else do they do, and have done?
My top 3 recommendations are khrom, fervi and blurtlatam
Just check their latest posts and know if they are active. Try to communicate with them.
There is no perfect witness though, so just give to some. No one will say anything, if you vote anyone.
