Free NFT course by Cryptonary

A few days ago I gathered some of the best cryptocurrency/blockchain courses online, both in Greek and in English. You can check them out here

Today I will check out a new NFT course that you can attend free of charge.

I am also anxiously waiting for the NFT course that will be launched by the University of Nicosia. That will have a more thorough and academic touch. In the meantime, let's see more information about this one.

NFTs - one of the biggest hypes of 2021 and it seems that records are continuing to break.

What are NFTs?

Non-fungible tokens or NFTs are cryptographic assets on a blockchain with unique identification codes and metadata that distinguish them from each other. Unlike cryptocurrencies, they cannot be traded or exchanged at equivalency. This differs from fungible tokens like cryptocurrencies, which are identical to each other and, therefore, can be used as a medium for commercial transactions.

About this course

Who is offering it? Cryptonary is an online cryptocurrency-themed website covering news, trends and educational resources in cryptocurrencies, fintech, blockchain and markets. They have an active social community, joined Twitter in 2017 and already have 83K followers. Instagram seems to be their strong medium with 524K followers, while on facebook there are almost 10K followers.

They are not in the academic field, but ok - let's see what they offer in this course!

Lessons to be watched

The lessons include an introduction to NFTs, they mention their Token standards and also look at the history of Nfts
You will also understand the generative and the PFT collections (I am not sure what they are :)
Continuing, you will get to know mining strategies, how to stay secure and as you pave to the end, the last lessons include a quantitative & qualitative approach, based on specific factors.

My first impression is that the videos are easy to watch, and there are also captions for us, not native English speakers :)

Would I recommend it?

If you have some time to spare and if you wish to know more about NFTs, yes I recommend you take a moment to watch the videos.

You can combine it with this book offered by CoinGecko. You can also redeem it for CoinGecko candies.
