I am not an expert of Search Engine Optimisation but I do know that the Search engines do not like the repeat contents.
I search "site:steemyy.com" to see how many pages have been indexed by Google:
There aren't definitely that many unique pages (tools) at https://steemyy.com so I take a look at the last few pages:
I can see what those 'duplicate' pages are:
- account page (different account names): https://steemyy.com/account/
- block explorer (millions of blocks): https://steemyy.com/block.php
Should I tell google that only index one default page by either:
- explicitly telling google to noindex the duplicate page
- pointing all 'duplicate page' to a single one by using link=canonical url.
I bet Google is clever enough to not penalize the site ranking.
